Adapted yoga and pilates
After being a Pilates and Power Yoga teacher for several years, I discovered Yin yoga: a meditative form of yoga that increases the mobility and flexibility of the joints. It gives space in body and mind, and everyone can do it! My passion is: working with you to see what is possible and to get moving with what now presents itself as a starting point.
